Solace Games/Motorola FIFA Heroes Leaderboard Challenge

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED and not valid outside the territories listed in Eligibility. Participation in the Solace Games/Motorola FIFA Heroes Leaderboard Challenge (the “Contest”) constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.

This Contest consists of three (3) separate daily challenge periods (each, a “Challenge Period”): (i) from 15th July 2026 at 8:00:00 am ET until 16th July 2026 at 7:59:59 am ET; (ii) from 16th July 2026 at 8:00:00 am ET until 17th July 2026 at 7:59:59 am ET; and (iii) from 17th July 2026 at 8:00:00 am ET until 18th July 2026 at 7:59:59 am ET (collectively, the “Participation Period”). Administering Sponsor’s computer systems will be the official timekeeping devices for the Contest. ET means the time in New York City, New York, USA on the date in question in New York City, NY, USA.

Open to all legal residents of the jurisdictions listed below who are 18 years of age or older, or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, where different, as of the start of the Participation Period and who have an operational mobile telephone number and email address:

The United States of America (including the District of Columbia), except for residents of: Guam, Puerto Rico, overseas military bases and all other U.S. territories/possessions.

THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHEREVER RESTRICTED BY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FILING, REGISTRATION OR TRANSLATION REQUIREMENTS, OR IS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) any person who, at any time on or after 14th July 2026, was or is an officer, director, agent, representative, or employee of Solace Games, SARL (“Administering Sponsor”) or Motorola Mobility LLC (“Prize Sponsor”) (collectively, together with their respective parent or affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, consultants and/or advertising and promotion agencies, the “Contest Parties”), (b) immediate family members or persons living in the same household as any individual identified in (a) above, (c) persons who the Contest Parties are prohibited from allowing to participate in the Contest under any applicable law, including individuals who reside in OFAC-sanctioned countries or who appear on the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals List.

The Administering Sponsor shall be solely responsible for the day-to-day administration of this Contest, including without limitation processing entries, selecting the potential winner, verifying eligibility, determining the approximate retail value of the Prize, collecting any required tax documentation, and awarding the Prize. The Prize Sponsor’s role is limited to assisting with promotional activities and coordinating ticketing logistics through FIFA’s ticketing process, subject to FIFA requirements and ticket availability, and the Prize Sponsor shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of the Administering Sponsor in connection with the administration of this Contest. For the avoidance of doubt, Prize Sponsor is not the sponsor, administrator, or prize award party for this Contest. This Contest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to FIFA or any FIFA entities. FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest or any prize awarded.

To be considered a “Participant”,

(i) Download: if you have not previously downloaded the FIFA Heroes game to your mobile device, visit the Apple App store or Google Play store to download the FIFA Heroes mobile game and set up your account. There is no cost or charge to download the app.

(ii) Opt-in Email: Send an email to contest@solacegames.io containing your PlayerID to opt your PlayerID into the Contest (you can find your PlayerID by clicking on your Player profile in the top left of the home page – your PlayerID is the string of numbers and letters on the top right two lines of your player card). The Leaderboard will track all play in the game during the Contest Period, including play by players who are not eligible to participate in the Contest, so you must opt your PlayerID into the Challenge by emailing your PlayerID to the email address above. BY OPTING IN, YOU ALSO AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND ALL DECISIONS BY THE SPONSORS. Participant must retain access to the email address in order to receive Contest-related notifications and Sponsors are not responsible for any Contest-related communication that is not received by the Participant. Proof of sending shall be proof of receipt.

(iii) Play: Play the FIFA Heroes game as normal. Matches are attributed to the Challenge Period in which they end; only matches that end during a Challenge Period will be counted toward that Challenge Period. Only multiplayer matches played against other players will be counted; matches played against computer-controlled (AI) opponents and private matches will not be included. If a player quits, abandons, or disconnects from a match for any reason, including loss/disruption of connectivity or power, that player concedes the match and the remaining player will be credited with a won match, regardless of the score at the time. A player who deliberately quits a match will have that match counted as a match played, but not won, by that player. A match that ends without any recorded result for a player due to technical failure (including failure of the player's connection or of the game servers) will not be included for that player; if the game servers fail for both players, the match will not be counted for either player.

The eligible Participant who has the highest number of matches won during a Challenge Period will be the winner for that Challenge Period. At the close of each Challenge Period, the Administering Sponsor will review the results of gameplay during that Challenge Period and identify the eligible Participant with the most won matches. In the event that two or more Participants are tied at the end of a Challenge Period, the tie will be broken in favor of the tied Participant with the highest total number of goals scored during that Challenge Period and, if a tie still remains, in favor of the tied Participant who played the fewest total matches during that Challenge Period. If two or more Participants remain tied after application of these tiebreakers, the Administering Sponsor will notify the tied Participants by email, to the email address from which each PlayerID was opted in to the Contest, of a Play Off Period during which each tied Participant will play the game and the Participant with the highest total number of won matches during the Play Off Period will be declared the Winner for that Challenge Period. If there remain tied Participants at the end of the Play Off Period, additional Play Off Period(s) will be added until a single Winner with the most games won is determined. NOTE: Any attempt by any Participant to use any automated means of play, bots, script, macro, or other automated services, multiple/different mobile phone numbers, or any other methods in an attempt to defraud the Contest process or gain additional won matches, as determined by Administering Sponsor in its sole discretion, is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

By sending an opt-in email, each Participant agrees that his or her participation will comply with these Official Rules, and that Administering Sponsor may disqualify the Participant from the Contest if Administering Sponsor believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that Participant has failed to comply with these Official Rules.

The potential winner will be notified by Administering Sponsor via email to the email address by which the Participant’s PlayerID was opted-in to the Contest. The Participant must then complete the steps identified below to claim the Prize in the time periods provided or the Prize may be forfeited.

Note: The potential winner is not a winner of any prize until verified as the Winner by Administering Sponsor upon completion of requirements to claim the Prize. Decisions of Administering Sponsor are final in all matters relating to this Contest.

There will be one (1) winner for each Challenge Period (three (3) winners in total). A Participant may win no more than one (1) Prize across all Challenge Periods. Each winner will receive one (1) ticket to attend the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final match scheduled for 19th July 2026 (“Tickets”); roundtrip economy airfare for the Winner (the “Attendee”) from an airport of the Administering Sponsor’s choice, if the venue is located more than 200 miles (322 kilometers) from the winner’s place of residence, and lodging consisting of one (1) standard guest room for the Winner for 2 nights at a three (3) star hotel to be selected by the Administering Sponsor. Expenses not listed, including but not limited to ground transportation, food, beverage, souvenirs, luggage fees, surcharges, visa or similar governmental fees, insurance, personal expenses, incidental charges, gratuities, or any other items, are not included (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $8,000 per Prize) (each, a “Prize”). The ARV may vary based on various factors such as fluctuations in prices for Tickets, airfare and/or accommodations, and travel distance from Winner’s location. The Prize is subject to availability and is contingent upon ticket availability through FIFA’s ticketing process and applicable venue access requirements. In the event that Tickets or venue access are unavailable due to FIFA restrictions, venue limitations, licensing changes, event cancellation, rescheduling, or any other circumstances beyond the Contest Parties’ reasonable control, the Contest Parties reserve the right to substitute the Prize or any component thereof with an alternative prize of equal or greater approximate retail value, as determined by the Contest Parties in their sole discretion.

Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. The Contest Parties reserve the right to substitute a Prize or component thereof of equal or greater value should any Prize (or component thereof) become unavailable. All applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, local, value-added or similar taxes and usage charges on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner (which may vary depending on the jurisdiction in which the Winner is based). If required by law, the Contest Parties and their agents shall require payment from Winner of taxes to be remitted to the appropriate taxing authorities and/or require the Winner to complete and provide tax documentation before the Prize is awarded or fulfilled. ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE CONTEST PARTIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR INJURY OR LOSS TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY RELATING TO THE DELIVERY AND/OR SUBSEQUENT USE OF PRIZE AWARDED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF FIFA, VENUE OPERATORS, AIRLINES, HOTELS, OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. The Contest Parties make no representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any Prize (or component thereof) awarded, and Participants accept all risks associated with use of the Prize, including but not limited to risks associated with air travel, attendance at a sporting event, and international travel.

The following additional terms and conditions apply to the Prize awarded in this Contest:

All Prize particulars will be determined by the Contest Parties.

The Winner must be available to travel and/or attend during the specified dates (approx. 18th through 20th of July 2026), or as otherwise specified by the Prize Sponsor.

Each Attendee must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The Contest Parties or their travel vendors may require a valid major credit card to be presented by an Attendee for deposit or damage protection purposes.

If the Winner elects to travel with a fewer number of guests than the number of guests provided in the Prize description above, no additional compensation will be awarded under any circumstances.

Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuers (see FIFA World Cup 2026™ Ticket Terms below). Documentation that is reasonably necessary for the Contest Parties or their agents to book the Prize for the Attendees must be supplied upon request, failing which the Prize may be deemed to be forfeited, as determined by the Contest Parties.

The Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents prior to travel; any and all applicable taxes; and any additional expenses not included in the Prize as described in these Official Rules.

The Contest Parties are not responsible for any cancellations, alterations, delays, diversions or other changes to the trip itinerary; any costs or expenses incurred as a result of any changes to the Tickets or trip itinerary; or any damages, loss or liability in the event any Attendee is denied the ability to travel, whether due to airport restrictions or otherwise. The Contest Parties are only responsible for the Prize elements listed in these Official Rules, subject to the terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules.

Any airline tickets issued in connection with the Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles. Once reservations are made, they cannot be changed, except as otherwise determined by the Contest Parties.

The Contest Parties have the right to disqualify or remove any Attendee from any activity at any time if they are at any point uncooperative, disruptive, abusive, or unobservant of applicable rules, laws or regulations, or likely to cause or has caused damage to person, property, or the reputation of the Contest Parties.

(a) Minimum Notice Requirement. If a verified Winner is unable or unwilling to accept or use the Prize after verification, the Winner must notify Administering Sponsor in writing (via email to the contact details provided during verification) as soon as reasonably practicable.

(b) Cancellation After Booking. If a Winner cancels after the Contest Parties or their agents have made non-refundable travel arrangements (including but not limited to airfare or hotel accommodations), the Winner acknowledges that: (i) the Prize shall be deemed forfeited; (ii) no cash equivalent, substitute prize, or partial prize value shall be awarded; and (iii) the Winner may be responsible for reimbursing the Contest Parties for any non-recoverable costs incurred, up to the actual out-of-pocket expenses paid by the Contest Parties or their agents.

(d) Guest Cancellation. If a Winner's designated guest is unable to travel, the Winner may designate a substitute guest, subject to the Contest Parties’ approval and provided sufficient time remains to make necessary arrangements. If no substitute guest is designated or approved, the Winner may travel alone, and no additional compensation shall be provided for the unused guest accommodations.

(e) Excused Cancellations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Contest Parties may, in their sole discretion, waive or modify the cancellation policy in cases of documented medical emergency, death in the immediate family, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the Winner's reasonable control. Any such waiver shall not constitute a precedent or obligate the Contest Parties to grant similar waivers in other cases.

Attendees agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) applicable to their Prize ticket(s) for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the licence granted for the tickets.

All FIFA World Cup 2026™ venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on FIFA.com/tickets. Attendees are expected to respect other guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behavior.

The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on FIFA.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.

The potential winner will be notified via email to the email address by which the Participant’s PlayerID was opted-in to the Contest after the close of the applicable Challenge Period and any Play Off Period(s). Potential winner will be required to verify eligibility, which may involve providing copies of identity documents and/or numerical identifiers, and signing a Release & Waiver of Liability and Publicity. Potential winner’s guest must also complete a Release & Waiver of Liability. Winner may be required to execute certain documentation with regard to taxation of the Prize. The Contest Parties may require a U.S. winner to provide a completed Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification, and may require a non-U.S. winner to provide a Form W-8BEN, Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding and Reporting (Individuals), or other reliable certification of non-U.S. status, before the Prize is awarded or fulfilled. Completion of all required steps set forth in the winner notification must occur within forty-eight (48) hours of the potential winner’s notification (unless extended by Administering Sponsor in its sole discretion) or the Prize may be forfeited. Upon confirming verification and completing any other requirements contained in the winner notification, the potential winner will be officially considered the Winner. Winner must comply with the Contest Parties’, ticket issuers’, and/or FIFA’s instructions related to Prize fulfillment and delivery, such as may be needed to complete travel or lodging reservations or to access Tickets through the FIFA ticketing app or other FIFA-designated ticketing mechanism. The Prize will be delivered to the Winner by the methods specified by the Contest Parties, which may include delivery of Tickets through the FIFA ticketing app or another FIFA-designated ticketing mechanism, and related communications by email, text, or other method designated by the Contest Parties.

Winner is solely responsible for having a compatible mobile device, downloading and maintaining access to any required ticketing app, maintaining sufficient battery charge and connectivity, and complying with all instructions required to access and use the Tickets. The Contest Parties will not be responsible if Winner or guest is unable to access or use the Tickets due to loss of device, failure to download or maintain access to the required app, insufficient battery charge, connectivity issues, user error, or failure to comply with FIFA or ticket issuer instructions.

If a potential winner or Winner is found to be ineligible, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the Prize, or does not comply with the Contest Parties’ instructions, the Prize may be forfeited, in the Contest Parties’ sole discretion. The Contest Parties shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize for any reason. The Prize will only be awarded to a verified Winner. Should a Winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the Winner may be required to promptly return to the Contest Parties his/her Prize. By accepting a Prize, Participant agrees to the Contest Parties’ use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes, including advertising and promotional activities, without additional compensation, notice, or consent, unless prohibited by law and subject to any reasonable objections on the grounds of privacy. Upon delivery of the Prize to the Winner by the applicable delivery method, the Contest Parties will be deemed to have awarded the Prize. If the Prize is forfeited for any reason, Administering Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, identify an alternate winner in the same manner as the original winner was identified, who must then comply with these Official Rules to claim the prize the same as the original winner.

By participating in this Contest, each Participant represents and warrants that: (a) Participant meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules; (b) Participant is not prohibited by law from participating in this Contest or receiving any Prize; (c) all information provided by Participant in connection with this Contest is true, accurate, and complete; (d) Participant will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with this Contest; and (e) Participant has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Administering Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate any dispute at any time. If a Participant’s representations are found to be inaccurate or Participant is found to be in violation of these Official Rules, Administering Sponsor may disqualify such Participant and require return of any Prize awarded.

By participating, Participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this Contest. THE CONTEST PARTIES’ FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY PROVISION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT PROVISION OR ANY OTHER PROVISION. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have complied with all of the conditions contained in the Official Rules. The Contest Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, damaged, or incomplete entries or Contest-related communications, or for any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software, or technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the ability of any Participant to participate, the transmission or non-transmission of gameplay information or match outcomes or any Contest-related communications. The Contest Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in connection with the Contest. The Contest Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including “hacking” of any online operation of the app, game, Contest or Prize award process. The Contest Parties are not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, on account of technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or unauthorized intervention, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. The Contest Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure events, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, or any other causes beyond the control of the Contest Parties which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Administering Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, and may select a winner based on gameplay prior to the cancellation, and Administering Sponsor shall have no liability to any Participant for any such action. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Contest, or whom Administering Sponsor believes to be causing distortion, malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTERING SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER REMEDIES AVAILABLE AT LAW OR IN EQUITY FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Administering Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Administering Sponsor reserves the right to alter these Official Rules during the Contest, including without limitation to improve the functioning of the Contest and to increase participation, provided that no changes will be made contrary to governing law.

By participating in this Contest, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Participants agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Contest Parties and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any of the above and any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from or relating to, either directly or indirectly: (1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize awarded herein; (2) participation in the Contest or any Prize-related activities, including without limitation travel to, from, or during any Prize-related event; (3) any breach by Participant of these Official Rules or any representation or warranty contained herein; (4) any violation by Participant of any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, or rights of publicity; (5) any personal injury, death, or property damage caused by or arising from the Participant’s participation in the Contest or use of any Prize; (6) any tax liability resulting from winning or receiving any Prize; (7) any claims arising from the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third party, including without limitation FIFA, venue operators, airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, or other service providers involved in the delivery or fulfillment of the Prize; or (8) any dispute between Participant and any co-Attendee or guest. This release, waiver and indemnification shall survive the termination of this Contest. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize Sponsor shall be entitled to the full benefit of this release, waiver and indemnification regardless of whether any claim arises from the Prize Sponsor’s own actions or the actions of any other Contest Party or third party.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS CONTEST, THE OFFICIAL RULES, ANY PRIZE, OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRIZE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ALL RELEASED PARTIES, IN THE AGGREGATE, TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) OR (B) THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE WON BY SUCH PARTICIPANT, IF ANY.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

By participating in this Contest, Participants expressly consent to the Contest Parties’ collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal information, including name, email address, phone number, and any other information submitted in connection with this Contest, for purposes including but not limited to: (a) administering the Contest; (b) contacting potential winners; (c) fulfilling the Prize; (d) making available information that indicates a valid award took place (see Winners List below); and (e) any other lawful purpose. Your personal information may be shared with FIFA, ticketing providers, travel vendors, and other third-party service providers who assist in administering the Contest or coordinating Prize delivery. Each Participant acknowledges that personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws than the Participant’s country of residence. The individual Contest Parties and other third parties are solely responsible for their respective privacy practices and data handling of this information to the extent they separately receive or process personal information.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Contest, Participant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, the Official Rules, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, mass action, consolidated action, or representative action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Participant or, at Administering Sponsor’s option, via telephone or video conference; (ii) the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration, and the arbitrator shall apply the substantive law of the State of California; (iii) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction; (iv) this arbitration agreement shall survive termination of the Contest; and (v) in the event any portion of this arbitration provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating this Contest), and Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participants and the Contest Parties in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of laws principles that would require application of the laws of another jurisdiction. In all cases, mandatory consumer protection laws of the Participant’s country of residence apply.

The list of Prize Winners will be posted and updated online at playfifaheroes.com/winners after the Prize has been awarded (including Winner’s first name, last initial, city, state/province/territory/county/district) subject to any reasonable objections on grounds of privacy.
