Entry Period

This Sweepstakes will be open from 4th June 2026 at 12:00:00 am ET until 22nd June 2026 at 11:59:59 pm ET (collectively, the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer systems will be the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

Who May Enter

Open to all legal residents of the jurisdictions listed below who are 18 years of age or older, or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, where different, at the time of entry and who have an operational mobile telephone number:

• The United States of America (including the District of Columbia), except for residents of: New York State, Florida, Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, overseas military bases and all other U.S. territories/possessions.
• Canada, except for residents of: Quebec.
• Mexico
• The United Kingdom

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHEREVER RESTRICTED BY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FILING, REGISTRATION OR TRANSLATION REQUIREMENTS, OR IS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) any person who, at any time on or after 4th June 2026, was or is an officer, director, agent, representative, or employee of Solace Games, SARL (“Sponsor”) or Motorola Mobility LLC (“Promotional Partner”) (collectively, together with their respective parent or affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, consultants and/or advertising and promotion agencies, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), (b) immediate family members or persons living in the same household as any individual identified in (a) above, (c) persons who the Sweepstakes Parties are prohibited from allowing to participate in the Sweepstakes under any applicable law, including individuals who reside in OFAC-sanctioned countries or who appear on the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals List.

Parties

Sponsor shall be solely responsible for the day-to-day administration of this Sweepstakes, including without limitation processing entries, selecting the potential winner, verifying eligibility, determining the approximate retail value of the Prize, collecting any required tax documentation, and awarding the Prize.

Promotional Partner’s role is limited to assisting with promotional activities and coordinating ticketing logistics through FIFA’s ticketing process, subject to FIFA requirements and ticket availability, and Promotional Partner shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of Sponsor in connection with the administration of this Sweepstakes. For the avoidance of doubt, Promotional Partner is not the sponsor, administrator, or prize award party for this Sweepstakes.

This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to FIFA or any FIFA entities. FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded.

How to Enter

To be considered an “Entrant”, (i) beginning 4th June 2026, visit https://playfifaheroes.com/tickets and completely and accurately complete the webform to supply your country code, mobile telephone number, and consent to receiving a text message containing a link to download the FIFA Heroes game (and further messages if selected as a potential winner), and (ii) download the FIFA Heroes game from the link in the text message before the end of the Entry Period.

Note: Participation does not require any payment but standard message and data rates may apply. Each text message, sent or received, may incur a charge as provided in your rate plan. When you enter via text message, you will receive at least one (1) text message (may be pre-recorded, autodialed, promotional or AI-generated) in response to your entry and you may receive additional such text or voice messages if you are selected as a potential winner. Text-messaging may not be available through all wireless carriers. Your mobile phone must be capable of sending and receiving text messages to participate.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the mobile telephone number entered on the webform by which entry was made. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a mobile phone number by the mobile service provider servicing the account associated with that mobile phone number. Each entrant may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.

Limit one entry per person. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same mobile phone number. Any attempt by any entrant to use multiple/different mobile phone numbers, or any other methods in an attempt to defraud the entry process or gain additional entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated services), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

By submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees that his or her entry complies with these Official Rules. Each Entrant also agrees that Sponsor may disqualify the Entrant from the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that an entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Sponsor rejects any entry, such entry will be disqualified and will not be considered a valid entry. The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the Entrant. Entries may only be made according to the method(s) described above. Only eligible entries actually received by Sponsor will be eligible. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or garbled entries will be disqualified.

How to Win

Immediately following the close of the Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Entrant from the pool of eligible entries received during the Entry Period using a computer process that produces verifiably random results as the potential winner of the Prize. The potential winner will be notified by Sponsor via text or voice call to the mobile number provided on the webform when the potential winner entered the Sweepstakes.

Note: The potential winner is not a winner of any prize until verified as the Winner by Sponsor upon completion of requirements to claim the Prize. Decisions of Sponsor are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Prizes

There will be one (1) winner of the Sweepstakes who will receive two tickets to attend a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match selected by Sponsor from among matches for which tickets are available through FIFA’s ticketing process (“Tickets”) at the discretion of Sponsor at which promotional tickets are made available to Promotional Partner in its capacity as an official FIFA partner; roundtrip economy airfare for the Winner and one guest (each, an “Attendee”) if the venue is located more than 150 miles (241 kilometers) from the winner’s place of residence, and lodging consisting of one (1) standard guest room (based on double occupancy) for Winner and guest for 2 nights at a three (3) star hotel to be selected by Sponsor. Expenses not listed, including but not limited to ground transportation, food, beverage, souvenirs, luggage fees, surcharges, visa or similar governmental fees, insurance, personal expenses, incidental charges, gratuities, or any other items, are not included. (ARV $_______) (the “Prize”), may vary based on various factors such as fluctuations in prices for Tickets, airfare and/or accommodations, and travel distance from Winner’s location. The Prize is subject to availability and is contingent upon ticket availability through FIFA’s ticketing process and applicable venue access requirements. In the event that Tickets or venue access are unavailable due to FIFA restrictions, venue limitations, licensing changes, event cancellation, rescheduling, or any other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s or Promotional Partner’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any component thereof with an alternative prize of equal or greater approximate retail value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize or component thereof of equal or greater value should any Prize (or component thereof) become unavailable. All applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, local, value-added or similar taxes and usage charges on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner (which may vary depending on the jurisdiction in which the Winner is based). If required by law, Sponsor or its agents shall require payment from Winner of taxes to be remitted to the appropriate taxing authorities and/or require the Winner to complete and provide tax documentation before the Prize is awarded or fulfilled. ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SPONSOR AND THE OTHER SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR INJURY OR LOSS TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY RELATING TO THE DELIVERY AND/OR SUBSEQUENT USE OF PRIZE AWARDED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF FIFA, VENUE OPERATORS, AIRLINES, HOTELS, OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any Prize (or component thereof) awarded, and Entrants accept all risks associated with use of the Prize, including but not limited to risks associated with air travel, attendance at a sporting event, and international travel. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

FIFA World Cup 2026™ Ticket Terms

Attendees agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) applicable to their Prize ticket(s) for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the licence granted for the tickets.

All FIFA World Cup 2026™ venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on FIFA.com/tickets. Attendees are expected to respect other guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behavior.

The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on FIFA.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.

Claiming Prize

The potential winner will be notified via text or voice call to the mobile number provided on the webform on or about 23rd June, 2026. Potential winner will be required to verify eligibility, which may involve providing copies of identity documents and/or numerical identifiers, and signing a Release & Waiver of Liability and Publicity. Potential winner’s guest must also complete a Release & Waiver of Liability. Winner may be required to execute certain documentation with regard to taxation of the Prize. Sponsor may require a U.S. winner to provide a completed Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification, and may require a non-U.S. winner to provide a Form W-8BEN, Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding and Reporting (Individuals), or other reliable certification of non-U.S. status, before the Prize is awarded or fulfilled.

Completion of all required steps set forth in the winner notification must occur within ninety-six (96) hours of the potential winner’s notification (unless extended by Sponsor in its sole discretion) or the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in the same manner as the original potential winner, which alternate potential winner will be required to comply with the obligations of this paragraph in the same timeframe as the original potential winner. Upon confirming verification and completing any other requirements contained in the winner notification, the potential winner will be officially considered the Winner. Winner must comply with Sponsor’s, ticket issuer’s, and/or FIFA’s instructions related to Prize fulfillment and delivery, such as may be needed to complete travel or lodging reservations or to access Tickets through the FIFA ticketing app or other FIFA-designated ticketing mechanism. The Prize will be delivered to the Winner by the method specified by Sponsor, which may include delivery of Tickets through the FIFA ticketing app or another FIFA-designated ticketing mechanism, and related communications by email, text, or other method designated by Sponsor.

Winner is solely responsible for having a compatible mobile device, downloading and maintaining access to any required ticketing app, maintaining sufficient battery charge and connectivity, and complying with all instructions required to access and use the Tickets. Neither Sponsor nor Promotional Partner will be responsible if Winner or guest is unable to access or use the Tickets due to loss of device, failure to download or maintain access to the required app, insufficient battery charge, connectivity issues, user error, or failure to comply with FIFA or ticket issuer instructions.

If the Winner is a resident of Canada, Winner must also first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered online, or through another means selected by Sponsor.

If a potential winner or Winner is found to be ineligible, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the Prize, or does not comply with Sponsor’s instructions, the Prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sweepstakes Parties shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize for any reason. The Prize will only be awarded to a verified Winner. Should a Winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the Winner will be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her Prize. By accepting a Prize, Entrant agrees to Sponsor’s and Promotional Partner’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes, including advertising and promotional activities, without additional compensation, notice, or consent, unless prohibited by law and subject to any reasonable objections on the grounds of privacy. Upon delivery of the Prize to the Winner by the applicable delivery method, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the Prize.

Representations and Warranties

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant represents and warrants that: (a) Entrant meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules; (b) Entrant is not prohibited by law from participating in this Sweepstakes or receiving any Prize; (c) all information provided by Entrant in connection with this Sweepstakes is true, accurate, and complete; (d) Entrant will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with this Sweepstakes; and (e) Entrant has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate any dispute at any time. If an Entrant’s representations are found to be inaccurate or Entrant is found to be in violation of these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify such Entrant and require return of any Prize awarded.

Miscellaneous Conditions

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this Sweepstakes. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY PROVISION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT PROVISION OR ANY OTHER PROVISION. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have complied with all of the conditions contained in the Official Rules.

Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, damaged, or incomplete entries or Sweepstakes-related communications, or for any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software, or technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of an entry or any Sweepstakes-related communications. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including “hacking” of any online operation of the Sweepstakes or Prize award process. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, on account of technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or unauthorized intervention, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure events, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, or any other causes beyond the control of Sweepstakes Parties which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, and select a winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation, and Sponsor shall have no liability to any Entrant for any such action. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER REMEDIES AVAILABLE AT LAW OR IN EQUITY FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Entrants agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any of the above and any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from or relating to, either directly or indirectly: (1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize awarded herein; (2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any Prize-related activities, including without limitation travel to, from, or during any Prize-related event; (3) any breach by Entrant of these Official Rules or any representation or warranty contained herein; (4) any violation by Entrant of any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, or rights of publicity; (5) any personal injury, death, or property damage caused by or arising from the Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any Prize; (6) any tax liability resulting from winning or receiving any Prize; (7) any claims arising from the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third party, including without limitation FIFA, venue operators, airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, or other service providers involved in the delivery or fulfillment of the Prize; or (8) any dispute between Entrant and any co-Attendee or guest. This release and indemnification shall survive the termination of this Sweepstakes. For the avoidance of doubt, Promotional Partner shall be entitled to the full benefit of this release and indemnification regardless of whether any claim arises from Promotional Partner’s own actions or the actions of any other Sweepstakes Party or third party.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES, THE OFFICIAL RULES, ANY PRIZE, OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRIZE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ALL RELEASED PARTIES, IN THE AGGREGATE, TO ANY ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) OR (B) THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE WON BY SUCH ENTRANT, IF ANY.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

If you are located in the UK, nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability to UK consumers arising out of the promotion will be limited to reasonably foreseeable losses caused by our breach or negligence.

Privacy

By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants expressly consent to Sponsor’s collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal information, including name, phone number, and any other information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes, for purposes including but not limited to: (a) administering the Sweepstakes; (b) contacting potential winners; (c) fulfilling the Prize; (d) making available information that indicates a valid award took place (see Winners List below); and (e) any other lawful purpose. Note that such consent may not be the lawful basis relied on for processing in all jurisdictions. You may review Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at: https://www.playfifaheroes.com/privacy.

Your personal information may be shared with Promotional Partner, FIFA, ticketing providers, travel vendors, and other third-party service providers who assist in administering the Sweepstakes or coordinating Prize delivery. Each Entrant acknowledges that personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws than the Entrant’s country of residence. The individual Sweepstakes Parties are solely responsible for their respective use of this information. Promotional Partner and other third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices and data handling to the extent they separately receive or process personal information. Sponsor is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party.

Arbitration and Choice of Law

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, mass action, consolidated action, or representative action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant or, at Sponsor’s option, via telephone or video conference; (ii) the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration, and the arbitrator shall apply [INSERT] substantive law; (iii) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction; (iv) this arbitration agreement shall survive termination of the Sweepstakes; and (v) in the event any portion of this arbitration provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and the Sweepstakes Parties in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of United States of America without regard to conflicts of laws principles that would require application of the laws of another jurisdiction. In all cases, mandatory consumer-protection laws of the Entrant’s country of residence apply. This arbitration provision does not apply to consumers resident in the UK.

Winners List

The list of Prize Winners will be posted and updated online at playfifaheroes.com/tickets, after the Prize has been awarded (including Winner’s first name, last initial, city, state/province/territory/county/district) subject to any reasonable objections on grounds of privacy.
